One of this season's brightest trends is NEON. If you were around when this trend emerged the first time circa 80something, then you might think you're too old to rock it again. Here are a few ways I think Neon can work for the over 30 set.

I seem to have fallen head-over heels for the hat this season. I've always loved a good chapeau , and have been told I have a "hat face", but until now have been somewhat shy about sporting a lovely lid whenever the spirit moved me. But I'm older and wiser now.
I've bought several in the past few months and plan to keep adding to my collection and wearing them often.
